Delivery terms, timelines, and installation services will be specified in individual contracts or quotations. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturer delays

• Shipping and logistics issues

• Customs clearance delays

• Force majeure events

We are not liable for delays caused by such factors. Installation and commissioning services are provided as per separate agreements and may require site readiness confirmation.

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified in individual agreements. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We provide:

• Support for warranty claims and service requests

• Training and documentation as agreed

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) as separate service agreements

• Technical support within the scope of agreed service levels

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and in accordance with manufacturer terms. Custom modifications or improper use may void warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverick Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific product or service provided.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Maverick Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
